Are there any additional fees?
No — every TVOD price is the full price. There are no hidden setup charges, no activation surcharge, and no monthly add-on for HD or 4K. The only optional cost outside TVOD is the IBO Player licence (currently a one-time $5.49 USD paid directly to IBO Player on their site).
What internet speed do I need?
10 Mbps for standard HD streaming, 25 Mbps for 4K UHD. Most Canadian fibre and cable plans (Bell, Rogers, Vidéotron, Telus, Shaw) handle TVOD without issue. For best results on Wi-Fi, use a 5 GHz access point or an Ethernet cable.
How many devices can I use at once?
Each TVOD subscription is licensed for one device at a time. If two people in your household want to watch different channels simultaneously, simply add a second subscription — we offer a household discount when ordering multiple lines, just ask on WhatsApp.
Which devices does TVOD support?
Smart TVs (Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Android TV), Amazon Firestick, MAG and Formuler boxes, iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows PCs and Macs. All through IBO Player, which is the only player we officially support.
Can I use a VPN with TVOD?
Yes — VPNs are fully compatible. We actually recommend using one in Canada when streaming on public Wi-Fi for added privacy. Popular choices: NordVPN, ExpressVPN, Surfshark.
How long does activation take?
Your IBO Player credentials are emailed within 5–30 minutes of completed payment. The first email is from [email protected] — check spam if you don't see it. You can message us on WhatsApp to fast-track delivery.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time without any cancellation fee. Within 30 days of purchase, you're entitled to a full refund — just email support and we'll process it within 48 hours.
Where can I watch TVOD?
Canada (every province), USA, UK, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Arabic regions, Latin America, Turkey and many more. If you have a stable internet connection, TVOD works.
Do you support 4K and HDR?
Yes — on every plan, with no extra fee. Premium content (UFC, NHL, major movie releases) is available in 4K HDR when the source supports it. You need a 4K-capable device, an HDMI 2.0 cable or HDR-ready TV input, and 25 Mbps download speed.
What if a channel I want is missing?
Message us on WhatsApp with the channel name. If it's available on the satellite or streaming source, we'll add it within 24–48 hours, free of charge.
Do I get a free trial?
Yes — request a 24-hour trial through our homepage form or by WhatsApp. We send you fully functional credentials so you can test every channel and every VOD before paying.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Interac e-Transfer for Canadian customers, and select cryptocurrencies. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
Is TVOD legal in Canada?
